Graduate Student Writing Groups
The Writing Studio is currently working to put together a few graduate student writing groups, to build a community of writers for graduate students working on theses, dissertations, and long-term academic projects. If you are interested, please contact us here

Undergraduate Peer Tutoring

Grady High School Writing Center
Seth Hagen, one of our experienced tutors, has been working with the Grady High School Writing Center this year. Learn more about the Writing Center here

Grady Writing Center has also been participating in the Playmakers' Playwriting Workshop. Learn more about it here.

The Writing Studio @Phillips Prison
This year, the Writing Studio has began working with Sarah Higinbotham and Bill Taft's education program at Phillips State Prison in Buford, GA. The Studio comes to Phillips once a month to help students on their written assignments for Bill and Sarah's classes.Learn more about their work at Phillips below:

Congratulations to Kelly Elmore, Sarah Dyne, Helen Cauley, and Sam Jakobeit on being accepted to present their discussion "The Work We Do: Community Outreach in the Georgia State University Writing Studio" at the 2013 Southeastern Writing Center Association Conference on February 21-23 in Fort Launderdale, FL.
